Unfortunately. we cannot accept rv's older than 15 years old.

Pets: Pets must ALWAYS BE KEPT ON A LEASH, AT ALL TIMES !! Owners of all pets are liable for their animals. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets. Pets may not be left unattended in your RV or around the park at any time, so as not to disturb other campers. Only two dogs per site are allowed. If they are barkers or display aggressive behavior, they must be removed from the park immediately. Kindly use campsite areas that are away from the campsites or green space, preferably nearer the perimeter areas. Please be respectful and clean up after your pet.

Drugs and Alcohol: Drinking alcohol is ONLY allowed at your campsite and designated public areas. DRUG POSSESSION OR USE, DRUNKENNESS, DISORDERLY CONDUCT, or OBSCENE LANGUAGE will not be tolerated and are grounds for IMMEDIATE EVICTION. Anyone found (in the opinion of our staff ) to be drinking in excess, misbehaving, or found with alcohol anywhere in the campsite except their campsite, will be immediately removed by a POLICE OFFICER from the campground. NO EXCEPTIONS! NO DRUG POSSESSION OR DRUG USE WILL BE TOLERATED. IF IT IS SUSPECTED, IT WILL BE REPORTED TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES IMMEDIATELY.

Storage: Any outside storage, enclosures, or sheds MUST be approved by management. Please submit by email the details of the structure and location. If you do not have prior approval, you may be asked to remove the structure.

Quiet Hours: Strictly 9 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful. Please call management at the office (910) 408-8802 if you have a concern or complaint.

Speed Limit: The speed limit is STRICTLY 5 MPH inside the campsite. Please drive safely and on the paved road only.

Trash: All trash must be bagged and disposed of in the designated dumpsters. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground! No construction debris, yard debris, furniture, appliances, computers, or anything that is not household trash in the dumpsters.

Water conservation: Kiddies pools are not allowed in the park. We ask you to be conscious of your water usage as we want to maintain rental prices. Washing cars, boats, or equipment is strictly not allowed.

Ground cover: Ground cover is not allowed on the grass, as it kills the grass. Covers are only allowed on the site paths.

R.V. OPERATORS: ALL GRAY AND BLACK WATER is to be dumped into the utilities provided. Dumping on the ground is in STRICT VIOLATION of state and federal laws.

Trees: We VALUE our trees and ask you to protect them, so you can come back again to enjoy them on your next visit.

DAMAGES: Campers will be held responsible for any damage caused to park property, facilities, etc. by themselves and will have to pay for damages in full.

NO UNREGISTERED OR UNINSURED VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED ONTO SNEADS FERRY RV PARK.

NO MECHANICAL REPAIRS ARE ALLOWED TO VEHICLES WITHOUT APPROVAL.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: SNEADS FERRY RV PARK is not responsible for any theft or loss by fire or accident. Any personal property on your campsite or in the park is stored at your own risk. The use of all facilities in the park is STRICTLY at your own risk.
