Do you offer full hookups?
Yes. Every RV site offers full hookups with water, sewer, and electric service. Having all three connections makes it easy to settle in and enjoy the comforts of home while you are on the road. Full hookups are available for both short-term and longer stays.
How close are you to the beach?
The park is conveniently located near the coast, making it a great home base for exploring the area. It is about 1.5 miles from North Topsail Beach, so you can enjoy a day by the water without being far from your RV. There are also restaurants within walking distance of the park.
What amenities are available?
Sites have full water, sewer, and electric hookups, and an on-site laundromat is also available. Our goal is to provide you with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Do you offer short-term stays?
Absolutely. We welcome guests who are looking for anything from an overnight stay to a few weeks near the coast. Short-term rates include daily, weekly, and monthly options, with full hookups included.
Can I stay at the park long-term?
Yes, we offer long-term stays for travelers who want to settle in for a month or longer. Long-term guests will enjoy full hookups in a peaceful, community-oriented setting. If you are interested in an extended stay, you can complete our long-term application to get started.
Is the RV park pet friendly?
Pets are welcome, but we do have rules in place to help keep the community comfortable for everyone. Pets must remain on a leash, owners are responsible for cleaning up after them, and no more than two dogs are allowed per site. Pets cannot be left unattended, and aggressive or disruptive behavior is not permitted.
Are there rules about the age of my RV?
It is important to note that we do not accept RVs that are more than 15 years old. Since this is a key requirement before booking, please review the current rules or contact the park if you have questions about your specific RV.
